Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZyanAI ("we," "our," "Service"), operated by OrbisWorks Tech (551 Normandy Ln, Delray Beach, FL 33484), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service

ZyanAI provides an AI-powered background removal tool. Users upload images, our AI processes them, and a transparent PNG is returned. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Monthly Pro — $8.99/month

• Includes a 1-day free trial — no charge during trial
• After 1 day: $8.99/month, billed automatically via Cybersource
• Cancel before trial ends and you pay nothing

Quarterly Pro — $20.99 every 3 months

• No free trial — charged $20.99 immediately at signup
• Auto-renews every 3 months at $20.99

Both plans include 100 image credits per month. Credits reset monthly on your billing anniversary. Unused credits do not roll over. When credits are exhausted, processing pauses until the next monthly reset. You authorize recurring charges until cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

3. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account dashboard with one click. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

Both plans include a 7-day full refund policy. Contact support@zyanai.com within 7 days of any billing charge for a complete refund — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to use those images. Images are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. We never store, view, or share your images.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, automate access beyond normal usage, or resell/redistribute the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZyanAI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
