Refund Policy

At ZyanAI, we want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a straightforward refund policy for all subscription plans.

7-Day Full Refund

Both the Monthly Pro ($8.99/month) and Quarterly Pro ($20.99/3 months) plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of any billing charge. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply email us at support@zyanai.com within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a complete refund — no questions asked.

Monthly Pro — Free Trial

The Monthly Pro plan includes a 1-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at signup but you are not charged during the trial. After 1 day, you will be charged $8.99/month until cancelled. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Quarterly Pro — No Trial

The Quarterly Pro plan does not include a free trial. You are charged $20.99 immediately at signup. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after the 7-day window from each billing charge. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining time.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@zyanai.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us immediately at support@zyanai.com. We will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund regardless of timing.

How to Cancel

Log in to your account and click "Cancel Subscription" in your dashboard. No phone calls or emails required. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
